Good Morning Wines

A specialist bar dedicated entirely to Japanese wine, said to be the first of its kind outside Japan. The counter seats only a handful of guests, with a rotating monthly selection of four to six bottles by the glass or as flights, paired with Hokkaido cheese. It is an education in a wine region almost no one outside Japan knows.
