Who it's for
For design lovers and anyone curious about how the terno keeps evolving as everyday clothing; an easy short detour or a stop with visiting family. It sits in the MOA atrium in Pasay, simple to fold into a bay-area afternoon and reachable from Makati or BGC on a weekend.
Good to know
Free admission, open daily 10 AM to 10 PM. The run ends 12 June. No booking needed, so it works as a brief stop rather than a planned outing.

About this event

The CCP's Ternocon programme brings its 2025 cohort to the Mall of Asia atrium, showing ternos, balintawak and kimona reworked by the competition's winners and finalists alongside pieces from mentors such as Ezra Santos, Rhett Eala and Lulu Tan Gan. Each garment takes its cue from a 20th-century Filipino master painter, so the exhibition functions as much as an argument about national dress as a fashion display. It is a design-literate look at how the terno keeps evolving as contemporary clothing rather than costume, and a useful primer for anyone wanting context on Philippine style. Admission is free and the run ends 12 June, with daily hours from 10am to 10pm, so it works as a short detour or a stop with visiting family.
